Who we are
‍
ProductBooks is operated by DVESTA Electric Sp. z o.o., ul. Syta 120, office 5/1, 02-987 Warsaw, Poland. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at support@dvesta.pl.

Information you provide
‍
When you request a demo or contact us through the website, we receive the information you enter in the form, such as your name, work email address, job title, company name and message.
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss your product or project, prepare a possible offer and follow up on an ongoing conversation. We do not use these contact details for newsletters or mass email campaigns.
Providing information through a form is voluntary, but we need the required fields to respond to your request. We process business inquiries to take steps requested before a possible agreement and for our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers.

Website and analytics data

When you visit the website, technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and online identifiers may be processed to operate the site and understand its use. We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising performance, and embedded YouTube videos to show our product. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process data under their own privacy policies. We use technical data to operate and protect the website and to understand the effectiveness of our website and advertising. Where a separate choice is required for cookies or other tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy does not replace that choice.

Who receives the data

Our website is hosted on Webflow. Form submissions are stored in Webflow and sent to us by email. Our email provider processes those notifications and our correspondence. Google, LinkedIn and YouTube may receive technical data when their services are used on the website. Some providers, including Webflow, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are covered by applicable data protection safeguards.

How long we keep information

If an inquiry does not lead to a project, we keep the related form submission and correspondence for up to three years after our last substantive communication, unless we need to keep particular information longer for a legal reason. If we start working together, information connected with the project may be kept for the period required to manage the relationship and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

To make a request or ask a question, email support@dvesta.pl. We may update this policy when our website or data practices change.
